Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze variance reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new market entry initiatives
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through compelling visual dashboards
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all reporting activities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
