Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis for portfolio companies
- Prepare comprehensive quarterly and annual financial reports with executive summaries
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence and valuation assessments
- Develop automated dashboards using Power BI and Excel VBA for real-time performance tracking
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic recommendations
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in venture capital or private equity
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
