Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analyses
- Lead budgeting cycles and monitor departmental spending
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and ROI improvement strategies
- Collaborate with executive teams on financial planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
