Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting and variance analysis processes across multiple departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Active CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
