Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Identify process improvement opportunities using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in financial reporting and forecasting
- Agriculture or tech industry experience a plus
