Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare executive-ready reports on KPIs, variance analysis, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Streamline financial processes using automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects and M&A activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
