Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support executive decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify operational inefficiencies
- Prepare quarterly board presentations and investor communications
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting cycles and expense optimization initiatives
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking for strategic planning
- Manage financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or manufacturing industry preferred
