Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and develop comprehensive forecasting models for luxury real estate projects
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive dashboards highlighting key performance indicators
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads to recommend strategic adjustments
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel techniques and BI tools
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling for new market entry opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in real estate or hospitality
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights
- CFA or CPA certification highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
