Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends and inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A activities
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
