Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive dashboards highlighting key performance indicators
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and monitor departmental spending
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or institutional settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex modeling
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
