Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports communicating financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Experience in energy or technology industries preferred
