Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports explaining deviations from budgeted projections
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for executive leadership
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial databases ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
