Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with complex modeling skills
- Expertise in financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong SQL and data visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CFA, CPA, or CMA) a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
