Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial analysis and reporting for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop sophisticated financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic initiatives and M&A due diligence
- Optimize capital allocation through ROI analysis and variance reporting
- Streamline financial processes using Power BI and advanced Excel techniques
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis with FP&A experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
