Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Build complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
- Lead quarterly business reviews with department heads and C-suite executives
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new market opportunities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and reports
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- CFA charterholder or CPA certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven track record of presenting to executive audiences
