Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to prevent discrepancies
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for personal banking solutions
- Operate core banking software and digital transaction channels
- Assist with branch operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud detection and prevention training/certification a plus
- Texas Notary Public license desirable
