Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses for $500M+ portfolio companies
- Lead quarterly forecasting and variance reporting for C-suite executives
- Analyze market trends and M&A opportunities in the tech/VC landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation
- Present findings to investment committees using data visualization tools
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial modeling experience in tech/VC
- Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comps)
- Experience with SaaS and private equity metrics
