Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for $50M+ portfolios
- Develop actionable insights for executive leadership through data-driven reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation
- Streamline financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
- Prepare quarterly board presentations and regulatory compliance reports
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting + 5+ years progressive analyst experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP/Oracle ERP implementation experience required
- CFA/CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Hybrid work model adaptability and Phoenix-based residency
