Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare detailed financial statements and executive summaries for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive process improvement initiatives
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and external partners
- Manage relationship with external auditors and compliance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or advisory setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
