Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data and prepare comprehensive variance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for senior leadership
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and reporting accuracy
