Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and create actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and ROI improvement strategies
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience building complex financial models and scenario analyses
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate data to strategy
- Experience in investment banking or asset management highly valued
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
