Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for operational optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
