Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create detailed monthly/quarterly reports and forecasts
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Identify trends and risks through variance analysis and KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
