Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis for new market opportunities
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
- Analyze KPIs and ROI metrics for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Lead ad-hoc projects to assess financial risks and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with data teams to automate reporting processes and enhance data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in finance operations
