Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for 15+ business units
- Create executive-ready dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to visualize KPIs
- Lead cross-functional projects on cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives
- Conduct due diligence for M&A opportunities and market expansion scenarios
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive insights
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
