Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop financial models for business valuations, M&A activities, and capital allocation
- Partner with department heads to translate financial insights into actionable strategies
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards and presentations for quarterly business reviews
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and controls
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
