Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and capital expenditure proposals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
