Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze quarterly performance metrics and prepare executive dashboards highlighting key KPIs
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement budget optimization strategies
- Lead monthly financial close processes ensuring SOX compliance and accuracy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual reports
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in SaaS or healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
