Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets with 95%+ accuracy
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and KPI tracking
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to executive stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
