Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Analyze operational metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare departmental budgets
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for executive leadership
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification (CPA/CMA) highly preferred
