Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with executive summaries
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A activities
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
