Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide strategic business decisions
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance across business units, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare board-level presentations and strategic financial plans
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis supporting M&A activities, capital allocation, and investment opportunities
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts while driving continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data visualization
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
