Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning processes
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
