Responsibilities
- Analyze financial models to support investment decisions in energy sector
- Prepare monthly variance reports and executive dashboards
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across 5 business units
- Conduct due diligence for M&A opportunities
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
- Automate reporting using Power BI and SQL
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis (energy sector experience)
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI proficiency
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Experience with SEC filings and GAAP compliance
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
