Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership and board members
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards and persuasive presentations
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and lead special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in Fresno or Central Valley
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with agricultural or technology sector financial analysis preferred
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) highly desirable
