Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial performance
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements using financial analytics tools
- Mentor junior analysts and support financial system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and SQL queries
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- CPA designation highly valued
