- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for multi-million dollar hospitality projects
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to inform strategic business decisions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across 15+ luxury properties
- Create executive dashboards and financial presentations for C-suite leadership
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking studies
- Optimize working capital strategies and cash flow management
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in hospitality or real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP/Oracle systems
- Proven track record of developing complex financial models and scenario analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional financial projects from conception to execution
