Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital budgeting, pricing strategies, and M&A analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Prepare high-level presentations and reports for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise narratives.
