Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive-ready financial reports and dashboards for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and data integrity
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience in financial modeling for mergers/acquisitions a major plus
