Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize working capital and reduce costs
- Create executive-level dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VBA and Power Query
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
