Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses supporting M&A initiatives
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or tech industries
