Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data, trends, and market conditions to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and clients
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and identify opportunities for operational optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities and due diligence processes
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and lead special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from financial databases
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Active CPA or CFA designation required
