Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend process improvements for financial operations
- Lead cross-functional projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong SQL and database management skills for financial data extraction
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or relevant master's degree strongly preferred
