Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning

- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for 5 business units
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance financial data analytics capabilities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance
