Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to create actionable investment models and market forecasts
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize budget allocation and cost reduction strategies
- Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnership opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining rigorous compliance with SEC regulations
- Drive process improvements using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA, Power Query, and dashboard development
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Series 63/65 or CFA Level II candidate required
