Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and cost management
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
