Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial trends
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders highlighting financial risks and opportunities
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Maintain and enhance financial databases for accurate reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and reporting automation
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
