Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform investment strategies
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation reports for portfolio companies
- Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation
- Present complex financial insights to executive stakeholders through visual dashboards
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analytics workflows
- Monitor regulatory compliance and emerging financial technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
