Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and P&L review.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational expenses and revenue streams to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Present complex financial data to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the annual budget process and assist in the development of long-term business plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation preferred.
