Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
